When the emulsion wastewater enters the low-temperature evaporator after pre filtration and evaporates under the condition of vacuum and low temperature, the water vapor condenses to form distilled water in the process of vacuumizing and is collected into the clean water barrel; the remaining residue in the distillation kettle is collected into the barrel for further treatment. It can greatly reduce or even remove the harmful chemicals and heavy metals contained in the waste liquid. The evaporation rate of the equipment can reach more than 90%, and the waste liquid can reach the reclaimed water reuse or discharge standard under the condition of pretreatment and post-treatment.
