Electrostatic Absorption Resolves Insoluble Sludge/Varnish
WJDTM technology is able to remove insoluble contaminations during degradation processes as soon as possible. Experimental results show that Electrostatic Absorption technology absorbs hard and soft pollutants through the flow of particles with charge during oil circulation, preventing your system away from the pollution of varnish and sludge. Compared to several of the competing technologies, WSD WJDTM technology can at least increase the rate of removing the sludge/varnish by 200%.
Removal of dissolved colloids by ion exchange resin adsorption
The degradation products that form the varnish will exist in the oil in the suspended or dissolved state. The electrostatic adsorption technology mainly aims at the degradation products in the suspended state, but the degradation products in the dissolved state should not be removed by the electrostatic adsorption equipment. WSD can continuously and selectively remove the degradation products in the dissolving state by using special ion exchange resin. The resin contains billions of polar sites, which can adsorb the degradation products in the dissolving state. This adsorption depends on the interaction between the polar varnish molecules and the priority molecules existing in the resin, just like the polar varnish prefers to be on the polar metal surface as coating, it also prefers to be adsorbed on the polar part of the resin.
