Technical process

After pre filtration, the wastewater enters the low-temperature evaporator and evaporates under vacuum and low-temperature conditions. The water vapor condenses and forms distilled water in the process of vacuumizing, which is collected into the clean water barrel; the remaining residue in the distillation kettle is collected into the barrel for further treatment. It can greatly reduce or even remove the harmful chemicals and heavy metals contained in the waste liquid. The evaporation rate of the equipment can reach more than 60%. Through the pre-treatment and post-treatment process, the effluent water quality is clear and transparent, and the biochemical property of wastewater quality, reclaimed water reuse or discharge standard are realized.
